Each of us,
as human,
thinking beings,
have our own ideas of who we are
or who we would like to be.
Now the most important thing, for society,
is that our ideas of ourselves are positive,
and that when we reach our full potential we will be
contributing members of society;
able to enable someone else to reach their full potential;
and on, and on and on.
Questions to ponder:
Describe a recent moment you felt proud of yourself.
What idea of yourself have you had that recently changed?
How do we reinforce positive images of ourselves when the world argues otherwise?
